So having been down with the flu for the weekend, I was looking forward to resuming my online life on Monday, only to discover that the office WiFi was kaput and the network erratic. Argh.
It took me two days to upload responses to customer queries and I haven't been able to upload other articles. So much for technology. The more we use it, the more we are slaves to it.

Sigh. They killed our office WiFi just when I finally get a laptop that is WiFi capable.
Since you've tried them out before, which one's better: Smart Bro or Globe? I need to get my own WiFi connection
Globe, when everything is a-ok, is pretty fast and stable. Just pray that you don't have to call them up for any maintenance or after sales service.
However, SmartBRO is just bad all around. So I guess Globe would be the lesser evil.
argh. globe's visibility service costs 5,000 monthly plus you have to pay for a new line. smart is just 2,000 initial plus 799 monthly. globe might be the lesser evil but it be a mighty expensive less evil.
