Julia Fordham in Manila
My sister was the one who introduced me to Julia Fordham's music. In particular, the song Love Moves in Mysterious Ways which was part of the Original Soundtrack of The Butcher's Wife, a little known Demi Moore movie that tanked at the box office. She wasn't quite like any of the singers I had heard before and her music was soothing and warm.
She's in the Philippines for a series of shows with the Ayala Malls and I was lucky enough to see her when she was interviewed by the press. Here's a little snatch of her performing an old favorite. Towerblock.
